ACOM Wishes PCMA’s David Kushner A Fond Farewell,
Welcomes Deborah Sexton
Note: On Tuesday, February 15, 2005, a joint announcement by PCMA President and CEO David Kushner and PCMA Chairman Gregg H. Talley, CAE, stated that Mr. Kushner’s tenure at PCMA will conclude on February 25, 2005. Deborah Sexton, President of the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau (CCTB), will take the role as PCMA President and CEO on or about March 15, 2005.
PCMA has long been a dedicated supporter of ACOM’s important role in the convention services management industry. The level of PCMA’s quality services, professionally strengthened and successfully led by President and CEO David Kushner, has always been embraced by ACOM, as they too are values that ACOM understands, upholds and respects. ACOM and all of its members would therefore like to formally thank PCMA and Mr. Kushner for the continued partnership with us. His support and leadership for helping to advance this industry speaks to us personally and professionally. We wish the best of luck to Mr. Kushner and now embrace the leadership of Deborah Sexton. All of us at ACOM are eager to continue working together with PCMA and welcome Deborah Sexton.
